Under the forward-thinking leadership of founders Will Stone, CEO, John DeLuca, CFO, and Ben Kuenne, Vice President of Operations, Aeris Energy LLC and its team of seasoned professionals recognized emerging trends within the power and energy field over a decade ago and proactively initiated the development of an innovative solution. Will Stone, Founder & COO
Will has 34 years of diverse renewable energy project development and construction experience both domestically and globally, valued from $75 to over $400 million and has consulted such companies as Halliburton, General Dynamics and Boeing .
Since 2005, he has served as CEO of American Wind and Energy Group, LLC (AWEG). AWEG is a green energy project development management group, providing alternative energy solutions and product resources. The AWEG Group operates directly with “in-house” suppliers of Solar, Wind, Bio Mass and Turnkey Contracting Solutions from under one roof, in both the domestic and international environments.
Education:
His academic base is in Computer Science, Political Science and Engineering.
John DeLuca, CFO
John has an outstanding record in company turnarounds, finance and acquisitions, and heads sales strategies and business development at Oceans4.
John has two decades of turnaround experience with small to mid-sized entities, having founded Solutions Management Inc. and Solutions for Capital Inc., to help troubled companies work themselves into more favorable levels of efficiency. He has lectured extensively on management and organizational processes.
Education:
He graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State with a major in political philosophy and minor in economics, and then from the MSU College of Law.
Ben Kuenne, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Kuenne has over 23 years of experience in automotive management and is currently the Director of Operations & Safety with American Wind and Energy Group (AWEG).
Mr. Kuenne began is career in the construction industry where he gained valuable construction management skills and became a proficient heavy machine operator and forklift driver. As his career advanced, he gained valuable management experience in hiring, retaining and training qualified workforce; establishing policies for safety and workforce development; and contract negotiation. He has experience in sales and marketing to the industrial sector.

Gabrielle Falkey, MBA, PMP
Vice President of Business Development
Ms. Falkey has a strong background in entrepreneurship development, marketing, and project/program management. She started four successful small businesses since 2015, and has eight years of experience in marketing and promotions of small to large scale business operations. In addition, she has eleven years of experience managing large multi-million dollar programs with over a hundred team members reporting progress at a time.

Jori Hamann, Human Resources
Since 2008, Mrs. Hamann has served as District Operations Manager at the Vein Clinics of America in Downers Grove, IL. There she oversaw the hiring and training of new clinic staff, ensured operational policies and procedures were in place and consistent with corporate compliance guidelines; provided forecasting and budgeting for all new clinics.
Mrs. Hamann’s past employment history also includes roles with Sun Health Corporation, Sun City, IL as a Provider Sales Representative and with CDW Computer Centers, Inc. as Sales, Government Account Manager.

Linda Roehrborn-Rodriguez, Aquaponics
Linda has served in the United States Air Force for 27 Years and was deployed overseas for Operations Enduring Freedom and New Dawn where she served as an Air Battle Manager. Currently she is an Executive Officer at Joint Force Headquarters, Wisconsin National Guard.
As a simulated astronaut, she participated in a NASA two-week isolation Human Exploration Research Analog Mission and served as Mission Specialist.

Linda holds certifications in Sustainable Management, Aquaponics. She also holds several diving certifications.

Wally Thompson, Engineering
Mr. Thompson has over thirty-eight plus years experience in all facets of project development. He has managed or co-managed the construction of over $1 billion in wind projects comprised of over 2,500 turbines and has significant experience working with European and Asian companies.
Since 2006, Mr. Thompson has served as CEO of Alternegy LLC, Manteca, CA. His other titles include Chief Operating Officer, Aerisyn LLC, Chattanooga, TN; Vice President, Suzlon Wind Energy Corp., San Diego, CA; Executive Director, Renewable Energy Systems Ltd., Hyderabad, India.
